About me
Karie Culbertson, M.A., currently serves as Director of College Guidance, drawing on her 20+ years of experience as a teacher, lead school counselor, and educational consultant. She focuses on working with students and young adults as they prepare to enter high school, college, graduate school, or their profession. Karie is a native Houstonian and SBS alumna who is married and has twin daughters in 9th grade. As a Birkman® Certified Professional, she identifies and maximizes strengths, manages expectations and needs, and understands personality and interactive styles.
