A Fine Foundation: 3rd and 4th grade introduction

This session will cover the overarching the goals of the later Grammar years (3rd and 4th grade). Parents will review the Progression book targets for 3rd and 4th grade which encompasses the main learning objectives for this stage. The ancient progymnasmata is introduced in 4th grade as students discover the joy of learning to understand, revise and create effective Fables following the great writers before their time.

Pre-Kindergaten at SBSUM is hands-on with lots of memorization, movement, and foundational skill building. Students begin the journey of building strong habits and routines. In this session parents will learn how to partner well with on the satellite day to build strong building blocks in bible, reading, memorization and math. Come and learn about how to navigate your PreK lesson plan with our Pre-Grammar teaching experts.
